Oh my goodness, it was the best flight we ever chartered and we hsve chartered at least twice twice a year for the last 5 years

Oh my goodness, it was the best flight we ever chartered and we hsve chartered at least twice twice a year for the last 5 years. Christopher the pilot was very nice. He helped me walk to the airport waiting room because my legs had fallen asleep during our first flight leg. Andrew, the co-pilot, spent a lot more time with us in the cabin. He took care of all our requests, made sure we had everything we needed and even took my service dog out to relieve herself when we stopped to refuel. I am handicapped and both gentlemen helped me negotiate the steps into the aircraft and were super nice about it. I will definitely request this crew again. I would be happy to chat with anyone who would more information.

PROCESS WAS RELATIVELY EASY Would you recommend us to a friend? I WOULD TELL THEM TO CHECK YOU OUT AND COMPARE Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? YES We plan on taking a lot of trips in the future and a lot depends on price as to how we fly. I just came across an operator; Sunwest Aviation in Calgary and they have very inexpensive one way legs from Calgary to PHX and PSP so we need to look for YVR based operators who can offer the same kind of pricing.

Flight went great, but catering wasn't the best

Flight went Good but some one dropped the ball on the Catering Part $500 Dollars was paid for Catering service which was never completed!

The flight was fine. The aircraft was in much worse shape and fairly beat up.

The flight was fine.  The aircraft was in much worse shape and fairly beat up.  Pilot was great.  No ground transport provided despite direct request to both the operator and to Jettly that led to an extended wait upon arrival.  After the flight we learned the plane was down for Maintainence and no alternative at the same price was available for the return.  Unfortunately this was the single worst experience I’ve had with a charter company and would not use again or recommend to a friend. Great flight, great crew

The whole experience was excellent from the time I called you I felt very confident that we were doing the right thing and that we were in good hands with you. Your concern and professionalism is to be commended. The entire process was clear and concise ensuring we were always kept up to date with the operator and any changes or requirements. We truly needed peace of mind and we received it. The crew were very good, Chris greeted us as soon as we drove up to the Atlantic Jet Center and immediately took our baggage and was genuinely gracious to us. The Pilot was also very professional and a thorough individual. Chris handled any requests we had on the flight and is to also be commended for his excellent handling of our situation. The flight itself was smooth and well planned out. The aircraft was very comfortable and well appointed and quiet. We enjoyed the flight. We too would like to mention Kim at the Atlantic Jet Center, she was very helpful throughout the whole process. I have friends now asking about Jettly and International Group services for the future and I will be recommended you all for sure to friends and colleagues.

The pilots were amazing and did a great job

The pilots were amazing and did a great job and very professional and very happy with the service. Related to them and the flight. However I ordered catering that was not on the plane. I would like a refund for all that. None of the items I requested were on the plane. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you

I’m impressed

Thanks for checking in.  I’m impressed that your team was able to get a flight set up for us with less than a day’s notice.  It was a positive experience overall, with one issue, and one lesson learned.  The issue was that one of your agents called late in the day of our booking due to a duplicate request in your system.  He made it sound like our flight had not been confirmed yet, but after I urged him to look deeper into your system, he agreed that our flight was confirmed.  Probably not an issue with him, but an issue with your system not making it transparent to all your team members the big picture of what’s going on.  Database issues it seems. The lesson learned is that a Lear 31 is too small.  That’s on me for booking it, but it was our first time using that airframe.  The “emergency potty” and lack of easy luggage storage will guide our decision making process next time for a larger plane that we know better.  Live and learn ;) Thanks a bunch, Mischa
