Overall it was a great experience. The crew was fantastic. A couple of things: -the wifi wasn’t working in the plane, that was a bummer because it was something I specifically requested when booking -catering both ways catering was incorrect (not a huge deal) Again, overall it was a great experience and we are very happy to have joined Jettly and look forward to our next flight! It was a fantastic experience. Your team was amazing and the one thing I loved was that they let me speak to SAI directly. So the pilot called me and assured everything would be perfect. Great. It all worked out. Just a few more phone calls than I like. I never got a flight plan until I called Jettly and had to ask. That was after emailing and they responded they would let me know. I actually called after the 11 am departure time because the plane was late coming in. Just an fyi.

The flight went as expected, without any delays or unexpected events. The two crew were well trained and performed well.  Only negative comment is that the plane is now getting a little tired and could use a refresh.  When cabin's get rundown, it raises doubts in passenger's minds about overall maintenance.
