At Jettly, we strive to ensure every flight operates smoothly and on schedule. However, private aviation — like all forms of air transportation — can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control such as weather, air traffic control restrictions, or aircraft operational issues.
Our Service Recovery Policy outlines how we assist passengers in the event of unexpected disruptions.
When a disruption occurs, Jettly will make reasonable efforts to assist passengers and coordinate alternative travel solutions where possible.
Our priority is to minimize delays and provide support while maintaining the highest safety standards.

If a disruption occurs, Jettly may assist passengers with reasonable accommodations which may include:
Any service recovery accommodations are provided at Jettly’s sole discretion and may vary depending on the circumstances of the disruption.
If a disruption results in an overnight delay outside of a passenger’s control, Jettly may assist with hotel accommodations or provide a travel credit to help offset accommodation expenses.
Accommodation support may be subject to reasonable limits based on the number of passengers and local availability.
For members of Jettly’s Jet Card program, service recovery may include the addition of flight hour credits or other program benefits where appropriate.
In order to maintain operational continuity, the operating air carrier may substitute an aircraft of similar or greater capacity when required due to operational circumstances.
All flight departure and arrival times are estimated and may be affected by operational factors including weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, aircraft availability, and airport limitations.
Jettly acts as an air charter broker and arranges flights on behalf of passengers using FAA-licensed and internationally authorized air carriers. Aircraft operations are conducted by the direct air carrier.
Service recovery assistance is intended as a goodwill accommodation and does not constitute an admission of liability. Jettly shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as missed meetings, business opportunities, or related expenses resulting from travel disruptions.
While disruptions can occasionally occur in aviation, our goal is always to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and support our passengers throughout their journey.
