Decent aircraft and great crew.

The 2 flights overall were very good. Did not deal directly with the operator, only through Jettly, so no comment on the operator. The pilot(s) were very good and inspired confidence. The 1st aircraft was great, the second was a replacement and much too large for 3 people but nothing to complain about. The booking process was OK, the team was very responsive to all my emails; this was my first experience with booking a private jet and I cannot compare it to others. I wished that Jettly would be able to confirm my payments to operator - instead of asking me to submit receipts for payments, and even then unable to confirm that the operator received my payments and that my flight is confirmed. Several messages regarding the flight were sent by Jettly in the last 12 hours before the flight, i.e. in the middle of the night before the flight. I wish Jettly would be more careful with sending invoices: I received one invoice asking for payment of a replacing flight and I had to point out that the original flight had been fully paid for. I also received an invoice for the de-icing of a different plane: it was a mistake by the operator, but the date was wrong and the Tail number was wrong and maybe Jettly should have noticed that before sending it to me and making me do all the work to sort out and obtain the correct de-icing invoice. Yes, I would recommend Jettly to friends and am planning to use Jettly in the future. Hope this is helpful. All the best,

Everything was great We were a little delayed due to a minor mechanical issue that were eventually deemed safe to fly,. I would use Jettly again and the same aircraft/crew.

Flights went great.  Aircraft was nice.  Pilots and attendant were 10/10.

HOW WAS YOUR FLIGHT?   Hello You recently booked a flight with Jettly and I would like to know your feedback. How was the flight overall? Great How was the operator and pilot?  Great Did the aircraft meet your expectations?  Stunning How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve?  7/10.. very helpful but some dropped information between operator and FST.  Had special requirements that were given to FST but that were not transmitted.  Caused some challenges with the flight.  - Separately the inability to receive attachments is really really obnoxious/problematic.  I am sure there are security concerns you are trying to manage - but there are a thousand better ways to solve it.  Particularly when you have multiple parties trying to correspond and needing lots of documentation.... just bouncing to the sender is a poor compromise/ Would you recommend us to a friend?  I have and do often Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Flight was great. One of the best flights I have had In a while. Plane was great The Crew was Amazing I am a little concerned though with some of the quotes I have been getting lately as they are not very good. I am getting better pricing from the brokers I usually use. Just wanted to advise as I joined because of the promotion of wholesale etc but its not good prices and its definitely not even close to what the app says regarding the costs per hour of flights. Just letting you know.

Very professional, no issues Did the aircraft meet your expectations? 100% How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve?  I wish they had been clear upfront about the premium charge.  We didn’t know there would be a charge until we got the invoice.  But otherwise it’s ok. Would you recommend us to a friend?  Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future?  Yes I also wanted to point out this is the third time our food order was wrong, just an fyi.

Another great trip from Jettly! We have flown with this operator before they are always pleasant, on time and very attentive to needs. Great aircraft, we look forward to another trip with them in the future! Best, Ian
