Great flight!
How was the flight overall? it was what we expected. Both pilots, both directions were friendly and polite. both were on time and were quick to get underway. How was the operator and pilot? great! Did the aircraft meet your expectations? it did. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? some confusion early on, but you all were quick to address, so thank you. Flights were great!
My flights VIE-ATH-VIE with Harmony Jets were fine, but I must heavily criticise the catering, which did not work at all. Instead of what I ordered (Asian items), Leg 1, I received a ciabatta with tomatoes and mozzarella, which I could not eat due to lactose intolerance, and the drinks (including white wine) were warm. Leg 2, again, nothing I ordered, but a «tapas selection« from the Greek supermarket of miserable quality (again the lactose issue with the cheese) and two dry, hard and stale bagels. Again, instead of a light white wine I requested with the operator, I received a warm, six year old Riesling. Barely drinkable. I cooled it down during flight by laying the bottle next to the exit door. I always wondered, how Jettly manages to offer the same food catering for all airports - now I know. You don’t. Please send me information on how to terminate my membership, as this is something I am considering. While Jettly works fine in the U.S., this is definitely not the case in Europe. I am thinking of returning to my previous operator at VIE FBO.

It was OK, but plane was fairly late
How was the flight overall? The plane was late arriving to pick us up and then they were on the ground over 1 hour refueling and doing the flight plan, so we were over 2 hours late landing, it was the same on the leg out and we missed our show in New York How was the operator and pilot? The pilot were fine, except we wanted to go and out of JFK and were switched to HPN, we were able to get a Blade transfer inbound, but we were told outbound that Blade only services JFK, which is why we wanted to us JFK Did the aircraft meet your expectations? YES How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? It was great Would you recommend us to a friend? Not sure at this time Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? At least for the remaining time on the Jet card Your feedback is very important to me and if there is anything we could have done better, I want to know about it. We had order catering for our return flight, it was not there

The flight from KCHA —> KTEB was fantastic
Hi There! The flight from KCHA —> KTEB was fantastic and we loved it. The return flight from KLGA —> KCHA was not great, though. We had several issues: the catering came and the crew didn’t heat it up until unpacking it and asking us if we could just eat cold soup and cold steak. We said no and then he went to heat it up but it was still cold and not worth the $680 I paid for catering. More frustratingly, though, was that the crew didn’t want to get wet (it was raining), so instead of loading our luggage under the plane, they loaded it in the bathroom, preventing us from using the restroom. It felt like they were being lazy. I don’t know how you can remedy this for us, but I would like you to try. I was going to buy the 25hr jet card, but I want to make sure things like this are taken care of on your end.

Could have been better
Please review the email correspondence related to my recent trips on 12/21 and 12/28. I will give you a few details and ask that you attempt to learn more from your end. Morning of 12/21: Jettly shared an email from the Operator that our departure would be delayed due to an "airflow management" issue. Our flight took off two hours late. 12/28: Per FlightAware, our flight should have arrived at PLS at roughly 10:45 am for our scheduled departure at noon. 11:04 email from Jettly that Operator is delayed. No explanation for why plane was not already on ground and waiting for us. Plan arrived at 6:16 pm. Over six hours after the intended departure time. For some unknown reason, multiple reasons were given by pilots but their answers changed constantly. Our flight had to land in FL, deplane and go through customs. We had to carry my sleeping daughter with severe special needs off the plane. Thankfully, she did not have any seizures during this process. We arrived home ten hours late. Had the delays been driven by weather or mechanical issues, I would understand, but, since we had to sit at an FBO for SEVEN hours, we learned the truth. There is a NOTAM for PLS that states no private jets can land on Saturdays during December from noon to 4pm. Once I learned this, I understood that the Operator had lied on 12/21, as they should have known about this NOTAM. Our scheduled flight could NEVER have been able to land as booked. Even if they missed this NOTAM on 12/21, all they needed to do was be on the ground, as scheduled, prior to noon on 12/28. Tell me what you can learn on your end and what is going to be done to make this debacle right. I would encourage you to look into the reason that I upgraded to the plane we used, as there will be email traffic between me and Jettly that describes why my family would not be able to stop.

We enjoyed our first trip!
We enjoyed our first trip, the operator of the jet Tony and his co-pilot Maggie were great, I got to know Tony a bit and hear his story, which I always enjoy hearing. The plane was very nice, newly remodeled and was very fast and smooth. I would recommend Tony to anyone, especially my friends. We look forward to our trip back to CA on Tuesday, the flight was so fast and easy.

The flight was satisfactory
The flight was satisfactory. The crew was very friendly and helpful (Fly Alliance). I recommend them. Jettly’s support team let us down. When we landed we expected to connect with our requested ground transportation and travel onwards to our destination. That did not happen. We had received two emails from Jettly indicating that a certain driver was assigned to meet us at the KBLM arrival building. (KBLM is a small suburban airport). A second email was sent by Jettly indicating that a second driver was replacing the first. Then a third email was sent that the original driver would come instead. You guessed it. No one showed up. I called each driver to try to cure the confusion, but didn’t get anywhere as they did not have my booking. We landed at 11:20 am. The weather was rather uncomfortable with high winds and weather around 40 degrees. KBLM’s facilities are limited and we wound up waiting for about a hour when Jettly’s flight success team advised us that neither driver was going to arrive. By text from Jettly we were told that we were getting an Uber credit and that we were to book our own ride, which we did. So, Fly Alliance is awarded an “A” Jettly is awarded a C- Hopefully this inconvenience will not happen again
