The flight and plane itself were fine.  The lies about departure time were disturbing.  We booked for 430PM and then after booking were told they (the operator) needed 530PM.  The trip sheet came in and said 630PM from the operator which said it was a mistake and resent trip sheet for 530PM.  The fact is they didn’t have pilots available as the pilots didn’t show up to the airport until 7PM and we weren’t wheels up until 8PM.  We were also told the plane was just fueling up when we got to the airport which was as another lie.  Completely unacceptable level of service for a $25,000 charter.  I would expect some type of compensation for the debacle because 3.5 hours late because of deception is not a good way to do business.

My flight was okay, but I booked my flight to go to & back to WHITEMAN AIRPORT & find out that I have to be flown into Burbank airport. I feel there should be some kinda reimbursement when you guys already knew this, didn’t mention it to me at all but steady was in communication with me about booking & confirming my flight to get my money & pay my initial balance. And there was never ever a flight itinerary sent to me saying I was getting flown back to California into Burbank. It said Whiteman Airport! Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

How was the flight overall? It was perfect. How was the operator and pilot? They were both great. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? It was smooth.  No complaints. Would you recommend us to a friend? Yes. Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? I honestly don’t charter other than in a scheduling emergency, but I would use it again.

We had an amazing flight with everything on time,  actually early. We are enjoying vacationing at Disney and looking forward to the anticipated amazing flight back home. Thanks,  Travis

Flight was fine.  A little confusing when the passengers arrived because the tail # was different.  Can you commit going forward that bottled water will be available on the flight?  This should be a minimum expectation.  Overall, we are enjoying using Jettly. The little fine tuning can enhance even further the experience. 

The guys at Moser Aviation were top notch another great flight from Jettly!
