My flight was great!!

How was the flight overall? Great How was the operator and pilot? They both were pleasant, hel[ful and professional. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? Booking was fine.  THer were some minor issues boarding. We actually boarded the wrong aircraft. And had to leave and board another one.  Would you recommend us to a friend? Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Yes

The flight was very smooth.  The operator and pilot were excellent.  Everything was as expected.  We will work with Jettly again and also recommend Jettly to friends. Thank you, Greg

All was great but the driver to airport had wrong address so dropped us off at wrong location but luckily caught him before he left to have him take us to the right drop off. Everything else was perfect

I spoke to my boss today and they had some concerns about the pilots on their flight coming back from Costa Rica.  The flight landed safely so they are fine- but I wanted to share this information with you. The pilots were fueling the plane when they arrived so they departed late (not a huge deal) When they got on the plane it was super hot- like the heat was on-blowing .  They asked the pilots to turn it down and they said they did not know how to.  After 30 minutes they got the air going but then in was freezing.  They just didnt know how to adjust it.  So they put the heat back on. When they landed - they missed the turn on the runway which was an issue for the air traffic control people- so that delayed them even more. The biggest issue was that when they arrived at Customs, the lady at customs was annoyed they were late- and the pilots told her "the family was late getting to the airport".  They really were okay about the pilots being delayed departing- but they were not okay with being blamed when they were there plenty early. Anyway- just thought I would share their concerns.

Flight was great. Crew was great and they saved us by coming in after other operator cancelled. Great flight
