This was one of the best experiences I've had thus far.

First and foremost, I appreciate that you 1) reach out for feedback and 2) personally read each response.  So, see below for answers to your questions and some additional info. How was the flight overall? Overall, the flight was great.  I make this trip several times a year (this was my first with Jettly), and this was one of the best experiences I've had thus far. How was the operator and pilot? Crew was fantastic.  They were friendly, helpful, timely and most of all communicative and safe. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Aircraft was very comfortable.  The interior was a bit dated, but it was more than sufficient for our short jaunt. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? The booking process was ok overall.  the team was very responsive, gave me several options very quickly, etc.  however, they actually misquoted me on one aircraft only giving me half of the quote and only giving me the correct pricing when I tried to move forward with the booking.  I understand mistakes happen with quotes but I would expect the team responsible for sending pricing information to customers to catch something and verify before providing.  Not a major deal, but it was disappointing. I would have liked to have had more questions asked on areas like catering and transportation to/from the airport and once in destination.  For example, if you offered car services to/from the airport and rental car services in my destination, I absolutely would have taken you up on those.  Competing services like Magellan, for example, are very proactive on these areas, and I had to ask several times and actually ended up with a transportation issue in my destination due to the lack of Uber/Lyft services. Would you recommend us to a friend? I absolutely would. Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? I definitely will.  I've used several other services in the past, but i won't book another charter without including Jettly as an option in the future. Happy to provide more information if needed. All was well except the pickup process for my ride home was really unclear

All was well except the pickup process for my ride home was really unclear.  Where do they go and how do they find me and the plane?  We figured it out, but hauled my luggage quite a distance to far parking lot as nobody had instructions I could give my ride where to go to pick me up.  Would have been great to have that info before we took off. Otherwise, a good experience!

The flights I’ve taken with Jettly have all been good

While the flights I’ve taken with Jettly have all been good, I want to let you know that the customer experience is chaotic. My last flight I received several emails, all from different people, offering aircraft and asking the same questions. Even after I had booked the flight I got an email asking if I’d many any decisions about the aircraft. I’m letting you know because I’m hoping for an improved customer experience and negatively yelping/reviewing can be harmful and I don’t want that. Is it possible that each trip you could have a dedicated person responsible for a seamless experience end-to-end? I think this would improve the process from the customer point of view a great deal.

How was the flight overall? Good. How was the operator and pilot? David O'Brien was excellent. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? Initially fine, but Jettly was not responsive or informative as the departure time approached. Weather was very bad at the destination, and there was no communication as to how to address this issue, I called several times the day before the flight to explore options and there was no help and no effort to put me in touch with the actual charter company or the pilot to discuss alternatives. We ended up leaving the night before, but I had to find the right person to talk to at the charter company and it seemed to me that Jettly should have made that easy. I also asked for a little information about the pilot before the flight and was told I could get that, but it was never forthcoming.
