Verijet was great. We will no doubt use Jettly again.  I am going to make a request tomorrow after I confirm a hotel.  We were basically satisfied. But, we did have a frustration with Jettly. I tried to book transfers through Jettly.  I just assumed I would submit my requests and get quotes for the four transfers I needed.  But when I completed my first transfer details, a car appeared on my itinerary with no pricing and for the incorrect time of day four hours after my flight.  I wrote and asked what was going on and got pricing for the first transfer 24 hours later.  I declined the price, but the incorrect booking remained on my account.  I wrote three times asking that the incorrect car be removed from my account.  It never was.  Indeed, that car still appears on my account today. I had two problems with the ground transportation function. I needed four transfers.  It took 24 hours to get a price on one.  So from my perspective, it was going to take four days to get all four transfers quoted.  I decided to get my transfers from my hotel instead of Jettly.  Transfers should be quoted in real time like every booking service does, including the concierge at our hotel. I do not understand why a car service appeared on my account with no price quote and for the wrong time.  I really don’t understand why it remained on my account after asking it to be removed three times.  I found your ground transportation booking system to be incredibly frustrating.

Not great! We had to switch airports bc of weather which is obviously unavoidable but plane was delayed even more. Then had to wait to get catering switched to near airport, probably wasn’t sent when we made decision to change airports. Plane was older interior, very tired looking,  and heat wasn’t working properly as inside was cold most of flight. Internal flight screen not working and internet probably worked 10 20 percent of flight time. Pilots were good

Both flights were great. The crew was fabulous, and the plane met our needs well. I will definitely be chartering again and would be happy if I had the same plane and crew. The only hiccup was that neither of our catering orders for either leg were processed, so that was mildly frustrating. How do I go about securing a refund for those, since neither was fulfilled?  I would use Jettly again. The only things I wish you would work with your team on improving are the website—it looks unserious and is difficult/distracting to navigate—and reducing the volume of emails. The overwhelming number of automated emails makes it easy to lose track of (or overlook altogether) Jettly emails that are actually actionable/important.

The flight was perfect!  Thank you for arranging on such short notice! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jettly as you shave me a ton of time and make travel so much more comfortable.  The aircraft and operation were great as well.  I’ve joined Jettly and will continue to use you. Hello, Overall the flight was great. There was some trouble initially and departure time was pushed back and then the plane changed, but it was no fault of Jettly, Additionally, Andrew was tremendously helpful and attentive while resolving these issues. I really appreciated his kindness and work ethic. The operator and pilot were very nice as well and the aircraft was clean and spacious. They made sure to land gently so as not to disturb my baby, which was thoughtful. I was shocked how little pressure change we felt and how little turbulence we experienced. The booking process was very easy and I liked being able to see multiple options and compare. This was a last minute booking for us to get away from the Southern California fires with our infant and pets, so it was a stressful time and therefore the ease of booking was greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Jettly and will use it again in the future when the need arises.

We were very happy with the entire process. The level of attention and customer service at Jettly are outstanding. Every question or concern was handled quickly and professionally from any of the team that we dealt with. You can be proud of all of the Jettly representatives. We were very impressed with flight experience as well. The pilots were very friendly, engaging and professional. They took care of us very well and ushered us through all the customs and FBO locations.We had requested that we were able to bring quite a bit of luggage and our dog with us and they were extremely accommodating. Our bags and belongings were very heavy and they handled the loading and off loading at Kitchener and Miami for customs without any complaint. Te aircraft itself was perfect for our needs. We were not looking for a high level of luxury when booked the flight and were impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of aircraft. The actual flight was great as well. The pilots were engaging and kept us up to date on all aspects of the flight. We were very happy with the entire experience with Helidosa. I also wanted to mention that all three of the FBO’s associated with the flight were top notch and treated us extremely well. The representatives at the Jet Center in Curacao made the entire ordeal of emigrating to the island with our dog and belongings a great experience. We would definitely recommend your services to others although that is typically not the circles we travel in. We struggled with how to relocate our dog and belongings through commercial flights but never felt comfortable with the process. We decided that moving from Canada to a Caribbean Island was a once in a lifetime experience and we decided if we were going to do it, why not make it a truly memorable event. > How was the flight overall? Excellent! > How was the operator and pilot? The operator, Fly Business, seems well organized and the two pilots on each flight were obviously experienced and competent. Both flights were efficient and comfortable, with impressively smooth landings. The flight attendant, Sandra, correctly anticipated our food and drink requirements and was courteous and friendly. > Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes, the impressive Hawker 800XP was comfortable and met our needs, primarily that it would take six people from Eastern Ontario to Panama and back without stopping and with flight times of six hours or less. The only slight wrinkle is that the lavatory sink faucet was broken, but that was a minor inconvenience. > How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? It was my first time booking a private jet, so I don’t have much to compare it with, but I found the experience to be straightforward and the team to be responsive and helpful. > Would you recommend us to a friend?
