Hello Al, You recently booked a flight with Jettly and I would like to know your feedback. How was the flight overall? The flight was great. We left on time and arrived on time. How was the operator and pilot? The pilots were excellent, they insured that our needs were met and were very professional. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Yes, the aircraft was what we had expected. It was clean and well appointed. How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? Andrew was excellent. He took the time to explain the booking process, and to understand our timeframe and constraints. He was always available and insured that our needs were met. Would you recommend us to a friend? Absolutely Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Yes, should the need arise. Your feedback is very important to me and if there is anything we could have done better, I want to know about it.

Flight down was great, no issues. Return flight we now need to make an unscheduled fuel stop. Very inconvenient and not at all what we we’re paying for. The operator switch aircraft last minute and that’s also not okay. Will use Jettly again in the future but will be careful using planes from Heliodosa.

Flight was great. Definitely will be using again and am thinking about joining as a member.

Air Pink is a quality operator with excellent service, aircraft, and personnel. Every flight included a flight attendant, even in mid size jets, and their prices are significantly lower than their competitors. We will definitely use their services again in the future. Scott

I had to miss the flight due to illness.
