Flights were good, only complaint is too many same emails from you guys

Our flight was great.  Nice pilot, cool plane.  There was a little confusion around getting our IDs entered into the system.  This may have been our fault, but prior to the flight all we were asked to do is provide our name as it appeared on our licenses and our weights.  Sounds like we should have sent in copies of our licenses prior to the flight?  Otherwise all was good. Jettly, the flight with Lyon aviation’s to St Croix was two thumbs way up. Steve and Shane Pilot and co pilot, and with what we put them through were gracious and understanding, and  that’s with  traveling with three dogs, a cat and way too much luggage. Thanks for the email. The flight and pilots were excellent.  Driver was waiting for us at the airport.  It was a virtually perfect and seamless experience.  I am getting ready to book our next trip in a couple of weeks to Branson. My only request / suggestion would be if the UBER vouchers could be booked/used in advance to reserve a ride; rather than, having to wait the day of.  In smaller towns (such as Columbus, IN) you can not reliably get an UBER unless you reserve it a couple days in advance.

In response to your email; How was the flight overall? The flight was excellent How was the operator and pilot? We were surprised when the PIC and SIC were different people than those listed on the trip sheet that was updated 24 hours before the flight. The people replacing them did an excellent job though. Did the aircraft meet your expectations? The aircraft met our expectations, however, the aircraft was changed from the updated trip sheet. Even though it was the same model aircraft the tail number changed and there was paperwork that had to be updated on our arrival in Belize.  How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? There was confusion on my part as to what was required to change it to a "live quote" from the preliminary quotes. After I got switched to "live quote", everything went smoothly.  Anna Rabatan was extremely helpful and prompt. Would you recommend us to a friend? Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future?
