Your team did a great job to scramble to get new quotes from other carriers.

Hello You recently booked a flight with Jettly and I would like to know your feedback. How was the flight overall?  The flight was awesome! How was the operator and pilot?  The pilot was great! Did the aircraft meet your expectations?  The plane was beautiful How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve?  The quotes came back really fast for the flights.  However, the flight details of the flight were not always right (the specific airport, departure time, etc).  So we had to get updates quotes. Would you recommend us to a friend?  Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future?  Yes The night before the flight the operator said we might not get our plane and offered me a smaller, older plane for not much of a savings.  Your team did a great job to scramble to get new quotes from other carriers.  Fortunately, the original carrier came through with the plane but the added stress for the flight was completely unneeded.

I will use you guys going forward when I fly private

As a guy that has been with net jets for many years in the past I really like your concept. I don’t fly private as much so I won’t use this to much but I like your concept. The plane the pilots and the process of the actually flight was fabulous. I will say booking was pretty time consuming. I got lots and lots of emails. It seemed to me that a lot of people were trying to book me a flight and so I kept getting e mails and then after I g it the flight booked and paid for I kept getting emails to finalize the flight and book it. So I would send emails showing it was booked and paid for. That was the only issue I had as far as annoyance goes. I will use you guys going forward when I fly private. Congratulations on your success and I look Girard to using it again when I need it.

The flight was delayed slightly but once the fault was cleared, the flight was flawless.

The flight was delayed slightly because some type of fault warning needed to be cleared. We knew this because the pilot told us about it and kept us informed of their progress in clearing the fault. Once the fault was cleared, the flight was flawless. The airplane, flight crew, and ground crew on each end, were top notch. Highly recommend.

The original operator cancelled after sending me a contract and your team was VERY helpful in finding me another plane.  It caused a scramble but your team did great. I ordered some Jettly eats … at first I was told by the catering company that they couldn’t accommodate me but you team stepped in and made it happen.  Wow, that was awesome. I would recommend your service and I plan on using your service again in the future.

The flight was great

The flight was great. Just as a reminder, I booked the flight for my parents. The pilot was able to meet my parents and let them board 30 minutes early which helped them get to their granddaughter’s wedding on time. It was great that the pilot took a personal phone call from my Dad to set up an early departure. Dad got the impression that the pilot was perhaps an owner in VeriJet (the operator). I had good experiences with VeriJet. Ashley Peralta took my calls and returned my messages. The aircraft was just what was expected. My Mom’s walker did have to go in the main cabin which was not a problem. Surprisingly even folded up it didn’t fit in the luggage compartment. The booking process was good. The first flight information sheet we got from both Jettly and Verijet did not include the pilot name and phone number. The Jettly folks were great. It sounds like you had a policy change where I could now let my membership lapse before the flight. I really appreciated that. The swag you sent out was good, but not necessary. I believe I talked to you personally on one of my calls to Jettly. I didn’t know at the time that you were the owner. I hope your business continues to thrive. I would like to use Jettly in the future. Honestly private flights are not the norm for us, but if the circumstances were right, I would use definitely use Jettly again. I like your approach of brokering for a large number of operators. It was so much easier to find a reasonably priced option using your service than trying to find and call operators on my own. I had no idea how to navigate through that world. The most important thing is that my daughter was able to have both sets of grandparents at her wedding. She is very sentimental and this was important to her. Dad (who had a commitment in Orange County that ended 30 minutes before he boarded) decided that relationships are more important than money at this point in his life. Jettly did everything they said they were going to do

First, Jettly did everything they said they were going to do. For your perspective our flights are funded by us and not a business or corporation. My wife and I are both retired and we travel outside western USA region a few times a year primarily to play golf and see family. I felt a little uncomfortable paying the Jettly fee before I could get actual booking prices. But it worked out. If the booked prices were quite different I presumed the fee would be sunk cost It was a little unclear about the time it would take to go from our starting point to our destination. It varied in different communications. No mention of 1-stop for fuel but we figured it would stop after reviewing aircraft specs and elapsed time estimates. It was unclear about the amenities the aircraft offered. Lavatory, drinks, food. I did talk to the operator directly and got the information. This would probably work best rather than a two step process with Jettly in the middle. I did my own research on the actual aircraft specifications and capabilities. Maybe I missed it but it would be nice to click on a link to get aircraft information particularly when it had been updated and maintained. This was a 1982 aircraft. Not sure what Jettly’s role is in maintenance verification or how you qualify operators.  We plan our travels well in advance. We booked this flight one month in advance and had to pay 100% at time of booking. A lot could happen in a month which could cause cancellation and forfeiting of some funds. NOTE: We were notified of a cancelled commercial flight one day before scheduled. We looked for other flights and contacted Jettly to see what they could do on short notice on a Sunday. Very informative and responsive even though we ended up booking an available  commercial first class flight on that Sunday. We learned a lot which is part of the success equation. We will definitely consider Jettly on upcoming travels. We will also be evaluating club type services like Bajit and other equivalents.  Will also evaluate Jettlys monthly “club”. Bob Bradley.
