Hello, Air Pink was great, great crew and they include FA.  FBO at Barcelona was good, FBO at Tirana was... nonexistant.  The jettly day-of service could have been much better, there was a tail change which I was not advised about.  I then asked specifically as the tail I was assigned was not at my airport, and they just said to call the operator.  Usually the broker would send me the tail changes and handle that but this time, I had to figure it out when I got to the airport.
