Love your organization
Love your organization as you know. Now that we have a house in Florida I think I will use Jettly more. However, the check out process is a pain! I have to input all my information every time I book. Then I give you my CC information and they wind up asking me to wire the money anyway?? Why is that? Besides that everything was perfect on dec 30 and most recently Jan 21. Just trying to help.

The outbound flight was fine but for the return flight, a different aircraft and crew were substituted
Hello, The outbound flight was fine. For the return flight, a different aircraft and crew were substituted and this (older) aircraft was inferior to the one we had booked. Also, there was no provision for me to book catering on the web site for the return leg. This flaw needs to be rectified. This was a problem as we had almost 10 hours flight time. The flight team was quite responsive, but they were unable to resolve my catering issue other than to inform me that the FBO would provide and bagel & lox plat and a fruit plate for $500. We definitely will use Jettly again
Overall, our experience with Jettly was very positive. Your people (Anna and Gee to mention 2) were quite responsive and helpful. I very much liked the way you handle a real request for the charter—we received over 20 bids for the job. I knew we wanted a light jet so we ended up not with the cheapest alternative but rather with a plane I was comfortable with. Having said that, the following information would have been very helpful in making our decision: The flight operators Argus rating (we ended up with a “gold” rated operator—see below as to our flight experience) Tail number(s) The only issues we had were the following: Because of a CV-19 issue in our NJ household—we decided to postpone our flight about 45 hours before the flight was to originate in Sarasota, Fl. We asked to reschedule the flight from 5/27 to 6/5 and was told there would be an additional cost of $2,750. Not the worst answer in the world but I question the reason why---the price was supposedly quoted as an empty leg flight---I really doubt that was the reason given the time lag between when we booked and 5/27. Up until I asked the question (a day or two before the flight), I was told “no food” (except crackers) and “no drinks” (except water) would be allowed on the flight. Jettly was not able to cater any food since the operator prohibited it—we were not aware of this restriction. I still do not understand this—despite the CV-19 virus. Doesn’t make sense to us. But since you listened to all my beefs: I want you to know the pilots were terrific, the operator handled the flight really well, the plane was there 60 minutes before our flight (I was able to track it on the “flightaware” website) and the overall experience was great. I have had some previous experience flying private since two of my partners own their own jets and I have logged many hours on their planes. My wife was very anxious about the flight but I am not sure now that she has experienced flying private whether we will ever be on a commercial airline again. We definitely will use Jettly again.
