Way too long, not that comfortable
Hello You recently booked a flight with Jettly and I would like to know your feedback. How was the flight overall? Way too long, not that comfortable How was the operator and pilot? They were the one good feature Did the aircraft meet your expectations? Not quite. No armrest, cramped, How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve? Your team was other than honest. And the pilot and co pilot said that’s sales people, they over sell. But why? This was not inexpensive. I would have considered a different aircraft if I had been honestly told that I had to limit the weight of my luggage. I asked about luggage capacity. I was sent a photo of acceptable total luggage- two golf club bags, four full size suitcases, four rollerboards, four smaller bags. I was never told there was a weight issue. When I used your company last May to fly back to NY, there was no issue raised about weight. When I got to airport i was told that I was way over, and we had to stay on ground for a hour to burn off fuel and then make another stop en route. Had they been honest, I would have either shipped things or booked a different plane. It was very stressful when the pilot said at first “ we are not going to do this flight.” Since then, your people have been anything other than forthright, attempting to put the blame on me. Would you recommend us to a friend? No. The friend who told me about you is very embarrassed. Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Not given what happened and the failure of your staff to do anything but blame me. Your feedback is very important to me and if there is anything we could have done better, I want to know about it. You could have done a great deal better. Currently I am searching out the emails between us, and getting ready to file a complaint with American Express. Perhaps there is some way to weasel out of this for your company, but if enough people tell Amex of their disappointment they will stop working with you. I wish my report were otherwise. I am deeply disappointed and you embarrassed me in front of my girlfriend.

Everything was very good
Everything was very good. The G-100 is a bit uncomfortable for a long trip with its smaller seats. I wanted to try it because I love the G-200 series. I am really enjoying Jettly. I also use Wheels Up, XO/Vista, and OPES Jet, your closest competitor, in my opinion. Although there is more legwork for the person who organizes the charter than with Vista and Wheels Up, the savings and selection are superior. Thanks!
