Pricing is better than work we have done through brokers

On line booking process is good as you get to see all options. Pricing is better than work we have done through brokers. Pass off and understanding of where Jettly is running the charter and when you need to talk to actual charter company is not good. Day of departure the aircraft changed and no notice was sent by either the operator or Jettly. Many charters no longer have tracking on apps so knowing when your aircraft is leaving and arriving FBO would be good. No communication on day of flight from Jettly that was relevant.  For example, Your aircraft is in Toronto, coming to Portsmouth, arriving at 9:30.  Tail number change not reported. You have a good concept, but need to have the customer experience owned until clients board and unboard.

The exception to an otherwise positive experience was the initial booking and then learning my first choice had been nabbed by someone else. That put me in a bind, and cost me a lot more. I hadn’t been advised that could happen. I hope you can address that going forward. I’d use the service again, but when I make a bid, it should be on a first refusal basis and not with someone else able to scoop me in ten minutes.

It was OK

The operator changed planes to am older model with less range that interior was run down and original 1980 vintage.  Because of less range we had to stop for refuel and it took almost double the flight time.  So in summary not good.  In addition poor communication. Flight was cancelled 1 day prior to the flight

Hope you are doing well.  I will try to ask my boss's wife for details about the flight- but they are definitely NOT happy about their original flight being cancelled at 5pm the night before they were supposed to depart.  It ended up working out to get them home from Mexico- but it was a 5 hour process on a friday night on their last day of vacation.  So- I am not sure they will use Jettly again in the future- as of now they say they will not. Just wanted to share how upset they were. Christa
