Good Morning, Flight, plane, and pilots were as expected and really awesome. We ended up sitting on the tarmac upon arrival to Las Vegas waiting on customs, because someone didn't file the proper paperwork.... When you flight private you expect not to wait on departure or arrival. First experience overall pretty good, but the 9pax were not happy to sit for 2 hours.

Everything was great.  Pilots were excellent.  They communicated well, had appropriate focus on safety.  Despite its age, the plane was exceptionally well maintained and very comfortable.    The booking process was seamless.  I will definitely use Jettly again.  Carsten

This was our first air charter and I looked at all of the options for about 6 months before choosing Jettly.  Jettly seemed to fit our needs best.  Because we don’t travel that much, it didn’t make sense to buy a block of time that I’m obligated to or purchase a partial ownership. Once I decided to book a flight with Jettly, the process was very smooth and straightforward.  I’m not saying that I wasn’t a little apprehensive and felt relief when I saw the jet arriving, but now I feel confident using your services the next time we travel. I really like the process of you sending our itinerary out for bids.  I had 2 respondents from you and I had also gotten a bid from a local charter service which was very high and was for a large single engine turboprop. The little Eclipse 550 was absolutely perfect for my wife and me. Jettly arranged a rental car for us which met us at the aircraft for a seamless transition from air to ground transportation. Our flights were great! The pilots were very professional as well as personable. One of them actually knew a friend of ours who is a Southwest Airline captain.  It was well worth not having to endure the airline/air terminal stress, or the tiring drive. I would definitely recommend Jettly to anyone considering air charter and will be using your services again.

I believe the Jettly team was very responsive however the communication from catering the way selections are categorized, can be improved, the communication from the aircraft operator could be more responsive especially in the recent case of the storm moving in and trying to leave earlier day that was kind of a cluster as I was given a price to leave earlier with an overnight upcharge which I didn't agree with but was willing to pay only to have them come back and say they couldn't do it so in turn I lost money on 2 rooms I had to reserve etc etc. at the end we made here and the flight was great and the boots on the ground were exceptional. We can discuss the details over the phone when you have time rather than try and type everything Would you recommend us to a friend? Yes Do you plan to use Jettly in the future? Yes

We flew on January 9th with the Pederson party, Kelowna to Las Vegas. The operator and pilot were great to us and the kids. Kind, helpful and personable. The plane was great. Clean, in good shape, well kitted, even for 4 kids.  We did experience some delays in Vegas with boarder control, but the pilot explained what was going on and we were able to enjoy the time in the plane. We had a great experience and my family thanks you and your team. Cheers Matt

Yesterday’s flight was fantastic!  Colin and Trevor were consummate professionals and handled matters perfectly.  Everything went according to plan and on time.  I highly recommend Southwest Charter. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of Moser Aviation with whom we had booked through Jettly for the previous day.  We were notified after midnight before the flight day that there would be a significant delay and change of airports.  We had to get an airport limo to drive us an extra hour to Toronto and then we waited and waited.  Only through my persistent attempts to contact them did they final own up and admit they had a mechanical issue and would not be able to fly that day.  It’s now clear they knew this all along and were stringining us along. Gee was able to rebook us with Southwest in short order and we are happy that we were able to find an alternative that was comparable in price but with better equipment (Lear 45). Aside from the initial problem on the first day, my wife and are are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Jettly to others. Thanks for reaching out to us for feedback. The flight was great!  Everything was perfect.

I don't think I helped matters by signing up with an email alias when I was first looking at Jettly, but you send me way too many emails. I think I get an email or 2 even if I look at the website. It's ridiculous. The operator, pilots, and aircraft were great, I absolutely loved the experience with them. I don't know if I'll remain a Jettly customer. The only question I asked the flight service team didn't get answered until I was already in the air. I got my answer from the FBO directly. Yep, just decided, please cancel my membership, I don't see the value.

Flight was perfect. Operator and Pilot were first class. Aircraft exceeded our expectations. I plan to use in the future. David
