Your crew was very helpful throughout. The plane was perfect. The pilots were very good. Best landing ever, and they both spoke Spanish, which is helpful when flying into Mexico. Good job. I flew with Wheels Up a few times before, and this was my best experience yet. Except for the catering part. We had to redo the lunch order at least six times and then it was delivered to the wrong airport! Luckily we had breakfast burritos....

Flight was perfect. Crew was top notch and very professional. Aircraft was clean and safe, VERY comfortable. Booking wasn’t the easiest,  APP would be better than browser only. Browsers are slow and cumbersome/poorly sized screen. I would and have recommended you guys, and I will be back. Andrew was top notch and responsive. If no app, a text based concierge would be preferred over email, phone or browser. Looking forward to future flights. More helicopter/commuter options would be cool to see too.

Flight was perfect

The flight was outstanding. Everything met our expectations. On the Jettly end my only comment is that when I made my original inquiry and received a number of quotes, I explained I could not make a decision until a specific date. Nonetheless, I continued to get emails suggesting that I may have been contacting other brokers because I had not yet booked with Jettly. I will use Jettly again.
