All went well

Flight was good.  Pilots were attentive and the flight was on time.

Was 5 ⭐️   Giselle at EAS was fantastic taking care of everything after the initial booking. My daughter and new son in law are flying back to Nashville as I type using a Honda jet through Volato. Many thanks for reaching out with regards to our recent flight. Unfortunately all did not go well, as I received an email 20 minutes before departure advising that the crew had reported a mechanical issue.  We were later advised that there would be a 90 minute delay.  The team were then allowed to board the jet, before being asked to leave and were advised that they would be unable to fly that night.  Thereafter they were told that the flight would depart, and were asked to board once more. We were advised that the reason for the delay was down to the fact that they had no fuel and that they had replace the windscreen and the adhesive took longer to dry than they had expected. It was a bit of a nightmare as I am in London and I was getting all the emails.  The last email came through at 2343 UK Time, advising that the jet had taken off.  I then had to email and then call the taxi company in Bermuda in order to advise them that the jet would make it to Bermuda after all. Bermuda had initially refused to keep the airport open in order to let the flight land but, after my boss gave them a call, they relented and kept the airport open for them. The whole experience has not been great as the first jet I booked advised that the departure time would need to be brought forward by 2 hours, which didn't work for us, therefore, that jet was cancelled and I had to go through the process all over again with the new jet provider, who charged $4k more for the jet. I was given an initial invoice for the flight last night of $27K, but when the final invoice came through there was a service fee added on, bringing the total amount to $28,052K - I am unsure if this was the charge for paying by credit card, which is what we were initially going to do, before we were advised that the company would prefer to be paid by Bacs, which we eventually did.  Are you able to check on this for me?  All in all, not a great experience for our first time utilizing your services, but we all understand that these things happen.

The service and care was excellent.  I loved my experience and would book with Jettly again. However, the jet we used should not be recommended again. It’s old, smells like cigarettes inside and was kind of subpar.  The pilots were great and amenities were great but I would tell Jettly to take this plane out of the rotation.  We got a great deal on the price but had I known what I know, I would have paid extra for the newer, better plane.

Awesome. However we did not get the correct tail number and had to call the office to get it.

It was perfect!

The flight was good. The operator and Pilot were fantastic. Aircraft meet all expectations. Booking agents did great and worked hard getting everything in place with a short time frame.
