How was the flight overall? Great How was the operator and pilot? Great actually excellent.  Did the aircraft meet your expectations?  Yes.  There wasn’t a wine bottle opener but the operator improvised!!! How was the booking process and experience working with our flight success team and were there any areas we could improve?  Great.  Had good communication regarding potential weather delays.  Would you recommend us to a friend? I’ll admit that I typically delete emails like this, but in this case I did want to share some positive thoughts, particularly about the crew. The Captain is a true pro, and the FO is an excellent customer relationship advocate. I doubt I’m the first to say it, but that team is a great partner for you guys to hang on to. Flying private in and out of Lima isn’t always easy, with the lack of a proper FBO, etc., but they managed it seamlessly. Hope the feedback helps, thank you!

My flight was smooth and the pilot was even smoother. He was early and ready to rock as soon as I arrived which I really appreciated. He was very thorough with safety instructions and very hospitable and welcoming at the same time. It was my first trip with you and so far so good. Everything was great, but the cost was high, assuming because it was last-minute.  Catering was missing some items both ways, but great quality.  Lavatory door was hard to handle. And our devices could not charge (first world problems). Crew were fantastic, above and beyond. Warmest, Faisal

We had a great flight.  No problems or issues.

Hi! The flight and crew was wonderful. Fast and efficient and comfortable trip. The only issue was the sink of the bathroom was broken and there was no toilet paper. The pilots apologized but seemed embarrassed about it. Otherwise, it was excellent. Becca

Good morning The crew was great, the operator is good as well but the plane does not meet my expectations at all. It looks old and beat up and not at all what I am used to flying in. It looks like it needs a full rehab and then some. Again crew is amazing but the plane I would prefer to never fly in again after this trip as I am stuck with it on my return tomorrow. Just answering your questions and being as honest as I can be. Thanks
