Thanks for the email. I email ceos all the time. I found everything was extremely easy and efficient. The plane I ordered says it could hole 7 but in reality it could hold 4 or 5 comfortably with baggage and golf clubs. We were only two so that was fine. What I got is what was expected, no complaints there. I will definitely use jettly again and would recommend to anyone that asks. Cheaper? I think everyone would like cheaper, LOL but I’m ok with that. Thanks for reaching out. Good luck.

Everything about this flight was perfect. The aircraft was superb, the crew excellent. Out flight took off as soon as we arrived and landed early. We spent less than 5 minutes at the FBO before we boarded. We will use Jettly again for sure. Thanks, and regards Neil

Your flight team is wonderful to work with.  They worked tirelessly to find me options when  the confirmed option had engine issues and did not stop until they had me confirmed on another flight.  They then helped me get my money back from the operator who had the engine issues. Thank you for asking ,  the crew was  fantastic! Very accommodating, reviewed safety , flight was perfect on time, loading and unloading by pilot and co pilot  was great.  The catering was over the “top”quality and quantity were perfect  , presentation and wrapping super. , your team was on top of trip and I greatly appreciated by your efforts to make this a good experience (booking and follow up). Modern even called us while e route to make sure we were ok. I will definitely use your service or at least give you “last look” on future trips , this was our fourth trip in two years Ny to Naples and you were by far the best all round just have to work on pricing as it is very competitive. I really didn’t mind so much as the service is what matters to me and my family. We have a return flight on 4/15 Naples to Islip and I’m very relieved by all your efforts as this trip was perfect oh  I appreciated the heads up to put jet in hanger to save on de icing fee !!  Thanks again  Gerald  Curtin Sent from my iPhone

Here's some feedback on ways to improve: - After I reached out to get a quote, I was bombarded with emails from different parts of Jettly (I counted 14 emails in four days). Getting emails from info@jettly, Alice Williams, Beverlyn and other parts of Jettly was pretty overwhelming. If you could move toward a model where you interact with a single point of contact (even if it's virtual), that would be less overwhelming. - I booked a flight for my family, but then my Mom got an email from Jettly advertising your services, which really turned me off. It felt like you were spamming the people that I was paying to fly. Personally, I would not use passenger contact info as sales/marketing leads. If you insist on doing that, I would not market to people with the same last name, since that's more likely to be family. - My family are all US citizens, and the operator was insistent that we had to fill out a particular COVID form that was clearly designed for non-US citizens. US citizens don't need to fill out this form. I understand that Jettly is caught in the middle here; the operator was insisting on the forms, and I was insisting that they weren't needed. But while my family was visiting, I was being asked to print/sign/scan/email unneeded forms, which really detracted from the experience. I'm a member of a jet card program, and I decided to try Jettly because the initial quote looked cheaper. Jettly was much more work/stress than I expected, and I'm not sure the flight savings were worth the hassle. I'll keep an open mind in the future, but these were the biggest pain points. To be clear, everyone at Jettly was responsive and kind, so I have no complaints about anyone at all. There's just some processes and systems that would improve the user experience.

This was my 1st time flying with Volato on the Honda Jet, the crew & the aircraft were top notch, highly recommended and look forward to another flight with them! Best, Ian
