Jettly makes no representation that the caterers facilities are inspected or determined to be of a standard that is acceptable to passengers nor does Jettly have the means of auditing the qualifications of any service provider including caterers. Jettly is not acting as an agent concerning any in flight or ground service arranged through the platform. Jettly provides access to its platform to facilitate booking processes and further communication between passengers and in flight and ground services. Jettly takes no responsibility for the content posted on the Jettly website by any and all service providers. All dealings and contracts are directly made between passengers and service providers.

All advertised flights are conducted by third-party air carriers that are fully licensed and hold the appropriate Part 135 or Part 121 certifications issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or equivalent regulatory authorities under U.S. or foreign law. Jettly complies fully with the U.S. Department of Transportation's Part 295 and Part 298 Charter Broker regulations. Jettly does not carry additional liability insurance. Passengers are covered by aircraft operator insurance.
