  4. What is the maximum number of hours available for each card?

  6. Can you change cards later? How do you make that change?
  7. How do you choose your flight? Is there a minimum flight time?
  8. What guaranteed amenities do they offer on flights (bathrooms, entertainment, types of seats)?
