Jettly Broker Identification Policy

Jettly does not issue physical employee or broker identification cards. As a remote-first organization operating across multiple jurisdictions, our personnel utilize secure digital credentials rather than company-issued photo identification.

For security, privacy, and identity theft prevention reasons, Jettly's policy prohibits the distribution of personal government-issued identification (driver's licences, passports, or similar documents) belonging to our brokers, agents, or employees to third parties.

Where verification of an authorized representative is required, Jettly can provide one or more of the following:

• Executed service agreement identifying Jettly as the contracting party.
• Corporate contact information using official @jettly.com email addresses.
• Verification from a Jettly manager or executive confirming the representative's authority.
• Corporate registration information upon request.
• Proof of business licensing or other corporate documentation, where applicable.
• A signed authorization letter confirming the individual is acting on behalf of Jettly.
• A live video call with the representative if identity verification is required.

Jettly's contracts are executed on behalf of the corporation, not in the personal capacity of individual brokers. Accordingly, personal identification documents of employees and independent contractors are not provided as part of the contracting process.
