Thanks for your follow up. All was good beginning with your initial contact and documentation. All went without a hitch. ( I thought the lift in price was a bit heavy from what was initially represented as an “estimate” but the, that’s marketing.) The pilots were very pleasant and helpful and obviously competent.  The plane: One of the air vents fell out of the ceiling when I tried to adjust the direction, and could not be screwed back in, so had to put a candy wrapper into the opening to reduce the flow - no big deal, but The luggage: This is really our bad, as we should have endured we count all pieces before leaving , but we left the FBO and were already a few km away when we got a call to come back for the bag. At least the crew caught it and called right away. The flight was pleasant, and although an hour later, all was good. Thank you and your team for your professional work. All the best, and stay well.

My wife did all the booking arrangements so I can’t really speak to that. She had no problems as far as I know. However, I can say that our flights, both to and from Santa Ana CA, were lovely. The air crew — flight attendant Janet, pilots Brian, Brendan, and Darren — were top notch, super accommodating, super professional, and super friendly. A+++ rating.

Things went very well considering it was such short notice!  We really appreciated the efforts everyone made for us.  The pilot and operator were great.  I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you very much!

Both flights were great. Both aircrews were attentive, professional. Took off on time, etc. Overall a great first experience with Jettly.

The flight was ok. The G-100 is a bit small and uncomfortable for longer flights. Plane and pilots were excellent.
