Flight, crew and plane were great. 

Plane was nice, comfortable for a smaller jet, though quite noisy, as many older aircraft tend to be. Crew was friendly and efficient.

Incredible. Justin, the plane was great. The inside had been referred, but I do fully believe that that Hawker 400 needs a full exterior refurbishment. On the left side wing there was a small union/joint of aluminum that had a rubber sealant that was put into it that was popping up a little bit and I think that is the flight. I’m taking to Birmingham at least that’s the tail number I see on my reservation. I think Smart jet is an incredible operator, but I think that Hawker 400xp needs and exterior refurb.

Overall experience was enjoyable The crew were excellent as was the operator.  While our catering did not arrive. Jettly handled the issue on a timely and efficient manner  I will continue to use your services. Sent from my iPhone

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing.

Good morning and I hope this finds you doing well! Myself and 2 business associates just flew from Palm Coast FL to Detroit Michigan, our flights, the aircraft, and the crew were tremendous as was the catering I had ordered. I will tell you that both uber rides that I had set up through Jettly in Michigan as part of my membership never showed up to the point that after we landed, we were 15 minutes late for our meeting. I had to use my uber app to book and pay for the uber. The same thing occurred when we were supposed to be picked up and brought back to the airport. I appreciate the fact that you do not own Uber but you may want to look into your relationship with them. It only occurred with the rides in Michigan maybe there is an issue in that state. Again, as far as the Jettly part goes I have no complaints at all only praise.

Plane and crew were great.

We flew both legs on FlyExclusive.  Over the past 4 years of flying private I would say that they were the best.  Their planes are newer and very clean.  Everything works on their planes including Wi-Fi.  Their pilots were very informative  and the flights were right on time.  They do not over book their planes.  Although our flights were not until 11:00 they arrived the evening before so that we flew at the scheduled time.  Other operators over book and arrive late for scheduled flights. I’ll say sitting around for 4 hours to wait to figure out what’s going is not ideal when you spend that kind of money- no reason to use your services again. Not a good way to start a trip- if there would’ve been some communication it would’ve been much better
